UPDATE 10/16/2025: As usual, Woof City took great care of our pup while we were away for an extended period of time!

UPDATE 6/26/2024: Love this place! Our fur baby stayed there for about 10 days while we were on a cruise. Thanks for the daily pictures!

UPDATE 2/3/2024: We continue to board our pup at Woof City. She has been there several times recently, and we appreciate the care she gets there.

Been boarding our dog at Woof City of Frisco for several years, and will continue to do so. Employees are friendly and great with the dogs, and correctly follow our feeding and care instructions.

Very clean. Staff members are all remarkable and they treat each animal as their own. Each employee is fabulous! Jen has been there for over 12 years and she LOVES her job. I have used the facility for almost 4 years. Reasonable price, too. I trust them and enjoy receiving a "report card and pictures" during the dogs stay. If necessary, they contact you and always have a warm heart. I highly recommend Woof City because you will not be disappointed.

We’ve been taking Jake to Woof City for several years now. Britt always takes great care of him. He looks and smells wonderful. Jake was recently ill and they were gracious enough to reach out and check on him. That is above and beyond in my book. Thanks y’all!

I have been taking my pack of 5 (now 2) to Woof City since 2012. They are amazing, and Brittney is an exceptional groomer who cares for my dogs like they are her own. Woof City personnel are organized, responsive and wonderful people!

This is by far the best overnight care I've ever found for my dog. I've been going here for years and having my dog stay for a couple nights or even a few weeks here and there. The price, the care from the employees, and the obvious excitement from my dog when coming here makes it a no-brainer to come here for overnight stays every single time for me. I make sure I have always booked months in advance so there's no chance I have to risk some other kennel that will certainly be inferior. Sad to be moving away as I will miss Woof City.

My dogs love Wolf City. From grooming by Brittney to boarding with Ashley and Jen, they get lots of love and attention when they are away from home. Woof City feels like a home & our dogs are safe & comfortable there. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! We travel a ton, and it’s been the biggest blessing to know that our dog is somewhere safe and somewhere she absolutely loves while we’re gone. She literally pulls us to the door because she can’t wait to get inside. The staff is so good to her and she loves them so much!! So thankful for Woof City!

We love when Brittney cuts Noodle's hair, but more importantly, NOODLE loves when Brittney cuts her hair! Brittney has been grooming Noodle ever since she was a puppy, and we will never go anywhere else! She always does such a great job and makes Noodle feel comfortable the whole time! Everyone we have interacted with at Woof City has been very pleasant and are obviously pet lovers!
