Before You Visit

Our Simple 4-Step Process

Step 1: Create Your Profile

Create a profile for you and your dog in our system. This takes about 5–10 minutes and allows you to upload vaccination records and share care notes.
Creating a profile does not reserve a spot or guarantee availability.

Step 2: Schedule an Evaluation (Daycare & Boarding Only)

All dogs joining daycare or boarding must complete an evaluation before booking services. Grooming appointments do not require an evaluation.

To schedule an evaluation online:

Log into your profile
Select your dog’s profile
Choose Daycare
Then select Evaluation

(We know this step isn’t intuitive, but selecting Daycare is required in order to access the evaluation option.)

Step 3: Attend the Evaluation

Evaluations are offered Monday through Thursday, from opening until noon. During this visit, your dog will meet our team, explore the facility, and spend time around other dogs as appropriate. This helps us ensure your dog is comfortable with our staff, our space, and social time.

Step 4: Book Your Services

Once your dog has successfully completed their evaluation and space is available, you can book daycare or boarding with confidence. Grooming services may be booked at any time without an evaluation.

Important Note for Holiday/Peak Period Boarding
Holiday and peak period space is limited, if you are a new customer looking to board during these times, we recommend calling us first to check availability prior to booking an evaluation.

Vaccination Requirements

Vaccination Records must be current and uploaded to your pups profile or emailed before boarding/daycare/grooming or your first visit.
There will be no exceptions.

Drop-Off and Pick-Up for Boarding, Daycare & Grooming

We are closed daily from 1:00–2:00 PM for lunch, so arrivals and pick-ups should be planned outside of that window.

Daycare Drop-Off & Pick-Up

Daycare drop-off and pick-up are available anytime during regular business hours, making it easy to fit into your schedule. A half-day of daycare is up to 4 hours, and a full day is up to 10 hours. Daycare includes supervised play, cozy rest breaks, and outdoor time throughout the day.

Grooming Drop-Off Times

To keep grooming calm and unhurried, we ask that large dogs be dropped off by 10:00 AM and small dogs by 11:00 AM. We’ll notify you when grooming is complete, and pick-up is expected within 2 hours of notification. If your pup stays longer, they’ll transition into a half-day of daycare so they can relax comfortably while they wait.

Boarding Drop-Off & Pick-Up

Boarding drop-off and pick-up are available anytime during our regular business hours and typically take about 5 minutes. Complimentary morning pick-up is available before 10:00 AM Sunday through Friday and before 11:00 AM on Saturdays. Pick-ups after those times and before 2:00 PM include a half-day of daycare, allowing your pup to relax, play, and be supervised until departure. Pick-ups after 2:00 PM are charged as a full day of daycare. On Sundays, evening pick-up between 5:00-6:00 PM is also considered a full day of daycare.

Book Boarding, Daycare & Grooming

Boarding drop-off is available anytime during business hours on your scheduled start date. This flexibility helps make travel days easier while still giving your pup a calm, comfortable arrival.

Daycare drop-off and pick-up are available during our regular business hours. A quick check-in helps your pup settle in smoothly, and our team takes it from there.

Grooming drop-off should be completed before 10:00 AM so we can keep each session relaxed and unhurried. Once grooming is complete, we’ll let you know, and pick-up is expected within two hours.

If your pup stays longer than two hours after grooming is finished, a half day of daycare will be added so they can relax, play, and be supervised comfortably until pick-up.
