Welcome to Woof City Pet Villa of Frisco.
To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for every pet in our care, we kindly ask all pet parents to review and follow our policies.

Vaccination Requirements

To protect all pets in our facility, we require the following up-to-date vaccinations:

Rabies
Distemper / Parvo (DHPP)
Bordetella (Kennel Cough)

Please upload or email vaccination proof prior to your pet’s stay. Pets without valid records cannot be admitted.

Health & Safety

Pets must be free of contagious illnesses, fleas, and ticks.
If your dog shows signs of illness (vomiting, coughing, diarrhea), we may reschedule or refuse service.
We will contact you immediately if your pet becomes sick or injured during their stay.

Boarding Policies

Check-in and check-out during business hours only.
Bring your dog’s own food to prevent stomach issues.
Personal items are welcome but limited; we are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.
Dogs must be non-aggressive and able to safely interact with staff.

Daycare Policies

All daycare dogs must complete a temperament assessment.
Dogs must be friendly with people and other dogs.
Puppies must be at least 12 weeks old and meet vaccine requirements.

Grooming Policies

Prices may vary depending on coat condition, size, and behavior.
Severe matting may require a shave-down for the pet’s safety and comfort.
If your dog is anxious or aggressive during grooming, additional handling fees may apply.

Payment & Cancellations

Payment is due at the time of service.
Deposits may be required during peak holiday periods.
Please notify us of cancellations 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.

Emergency Care

In the rare event of an emergency, we will attempt to reach you immediately.
If urgent care is needed, we may transport your pet to the nearest veterinary clinic.
Any veterinary costs will be the owner’s responsibility.
