Boarding FAQ

Please bring your dog’s leash, collar, treats, and food in labeled zip-lock bags or a sealed container with clear feeding instructions. We handle fridge and freezer food every day, so that’s no problem. You’re welcome to bring any favorite toys or a cozy blanket to help your pup feel at home — we also provide clean toys and fresh blankets for every stay.
No need to pack food or water bowls — we provide those here.

Absolutely. We love sharing photos and updates by text or email so you can see how your pup is doing while you’re away.

We follow your dog’s feeding routine exactly as instructed. Whether they eat once, twice, or three times a day, or free-feed, we can accommodate it. We also handle refrigerated and frozen diets with no problem — we just need clear AM/PM feeding instructions so we can keep your pup on their normal schedule.

Yes. During designated holiday periods, including Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, a $5 per dog, per day holiday surcharge applies. Holiday periods may include the holiday itself and surrounding peak travel days.
Holiday boarding reservations may also require a deposit to secure your spot. Deposits help us plan staffing during our busiest times and are applied toward your total stay. Holiday availability is limited, and new customers are encouraged to call us before booking.
